"This was a lovely hotel. We stayed in a manor house room and it was very spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfast was so nice and we had dinner there one night and everything was perfect. The hotel is in a good location close to town and the train station which we used. The staff in the restaurant as well as the check in area could not have been nicer. We are very happy to recommend this hotel. "

"From the moment we arrived the hotel i.pressed us. It is luxurious and clean from reception to the bar and restaurant areas and the rooms. There was a short queue to check in when we arrived but the staff were very efficient and we did not have to wait long. At check in they advised that they had upgraded us to one of their newly renovated rooms for no additional charge. The room was gorgeous. "The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"Fantastic location — within easy walking distance to several attractions, great shopping, Killarney Castle, and plenty of restaurants. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything we needed was close by. Perfect spot for exploring Killarney!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms were so clean and cozy. The furnishings were beautiful and the shower was excellent with white company bath products. The reception were very helpful when we forgot our phone charger! Only small complaint was some loud noise late at night but I think there was a wedding on. Breakfast buffet was also 10/10, everything was so fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"The Randles staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the feather beds and the size of the room. It was off-season so we had to dine next door, but it is part of the same "group" of hotels and the food and drink were great."
