"Excellent location close to the beach and attached to a retail centre with restaurants and supermarkets. Numerous bars and eateries within a 200m radius. Pool deck a bit small but attached underground complimentary parking a real plus. Highly recommended."

"We had a really memorable stay at this beautifully situated hotel. The setting is genuinely special - it feels like something out of The Jungle Book, surrounded by lush greenery with crystal-clear pools that create a relaxing, almost magical atmosphere. The standout for us was the team; the staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The amenities across the resort are exceptional. The “Valley of the Pools” and “Bushbuck Club” are fantastic spaces, catering brilliantly to both families and couples. These areas really elevate the overall experience and give the hotel a unique edge. Where the hotel falls slightly short is in the upkeep of the hotel itself. While it does retain a certain charm and character, it did feel a little dated compared to the standard you might expect. Some of the modern comforts were lacking – the shower pressure was quite weak, a few doors were stiff, and some handles were loo se. The furnishings, although perhaps intended to feel eclectic, came across more as mismatched and slightly out of place rather than thoughtfully styled. Importantly, none of this detracted from our overall enjoyment, and we still had a fantastic stay. However, with some thoughtful investment and modernisation in the rooms, this hotel has the potential to move from a very good 4-star experience to a truly outstanding 5-star destination."

"Room was clean, linen was clean but old. No pool at all, outdoor furniture was uncomfortable to sit on. Apartment had a cute fridge and clean microwave to use. That was amazing. Gosh- parking is a problem. The aircon worked perfectly. Housekeeping was excellent. Only major issue I had with the hotel was the crowd it pulls in are the rough crowds so they always making noise and couples fighting and swearing for 2/3hours straight in the middle of the night. I just wish they made the balconies a little bit more comfortable and possibly remove the fake artificial trees in the passages next to the lift 💀☠️😵 Would I come back? Yes def. Would I bring my own linen and earplugs. Totally yes I will. Will I come with a car? No I will park my car in a large mall overnight and use an uber to get to the hotel. There are so many food restaurants and spaza shops up the road. I walked there everyday. It was perfect. "
