"This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back."

"I’ve stayed at the Westin Memorial City twice now, and each visit has been excellent. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are genuinely kind, professional, and always helpful. "Other than having to change rooms from the 4th to 1st floor because the elevators were not working the stay was seamless. They informed me before we arrived and the 1st floor worked out perfectly, so no problem at check in.the free breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing not to mention we had it to ourselves both days. "
