"We had the heart shaped Jacuzzi room. It was a beautiful room with a large flat screen internet TV and fire place. Very clean hotel. A very warm felling & Much nicer than those chain type hotels. The only negative was the very thick soft lumpy mattress. It felt like the mattress could use and upgrade but other than that we will return again. "

"Last time I stayed here I forgot my coat in the room closet. I called the front desk the same day and the lady said house keeping had not gotten to my room yet which I had checked out from, so she was kind enough to go herself and check. She found my coat in the closet and told me I could pick it up any day. I returned about 5 days later to pick it up and this time front desk told me house keeping was gone for the day so I had to come back another day before 16:30 to see if they had it? Now I am...
