"Buen hotel familiar"

"The rooms were nice. The food and drinks at the Fire Oven restaurant were excellent. They do have 2 separate workout areas, but was a little disappointed that the lightest weights they offered were 15 pounds. Many women aren't able to utilize 15's for all arm exercises. There also isn't a lot of open space for non-equipment working out, but there happened to not be too many people there at the same time as myself and was able to utilize the space that was available. "waited 15 minutes in with a full lobby. no air conditioner. room was okay...stains, insects, and chipping paint. TV in room did not work and front desk said ALL tv's were down. I understand you get what you pay for but almost $200 was not worth it"

"The whole hotel had a weird-smelling carpet. The room was dusty and dirty. The walls were unpainted and chipping, the toilet plumbing was jacked up, my bedsheet had stains on it, Breakfast was literally hot water and instant coffee powder. I had a booking for a double bed, and we were given a single bedroom. They told us to cancel if we do not want a single bed. Overall this "motel" was one of my worst experiences in the US."

Me contacté con el hotel antes de mi llegada para solicitarles el servicio de shuttle y nunca contestaron, hasta lo noche de mi llegada que hablé para pedir que me lo enviaran y fue cuando me informaron que no lo tenían disponible; esto hace una diferencia de entre 25 y 30 usd para cada traslado, es decir 60 usd en total, lo que ya lo situa en el rango de precio de otros...
