"A/c was good. Set warm when we entered, cooled down quickly once we reset. Wall thermostat used, much more efficient than older style machine adjustment in other places. Bed mattresses firm, nice linen. My partner said shower was excellent: good temp changes, strong water pressure, no moldy smell. Checked in late, night clerk was courteous, efficient. "Harry was great!!! Ive been going there for almost a year. His aunt and uncle was there but they retired. Harry is keeping their hotel in great condition. Its the best hotel in Chattanooga!!!"

"They stay was fine the room was cheap and we got what we paid for. The flooring had dips in it especially in front of the tub, there is a hole in the wall behind the door The linens and towels had stains. "
