"The staff was nice but check-in isn’t until 3pm so we had to leave and come back later. The electric window blinds were confusing to work. Had to call the front desk. We requested a handicapped room and it was large and comfortable but one nozzle in the roll in shower was loose and water spilled all over the bathroom floor so I had to dry that up. "The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke."

At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. "
