Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. Great access for Snowdome and Birmingham, Cadbury’s world etc. Communication from Darran was very quick and professional. Great example property that we’d happily book again - thank you. "

"On arrival given wrong code for key collection. The apartment was too hot. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the street. People coming out of a nearby club late at night. Also, street cleaning vehicles in the early hours kept us awake."
