"I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep. "

"Uff un alojamiento de lo mejor, cerca del distrito de Higashychaya donde están las geyshas y como a 5 minutos en taxi del mercado de Omycho y del distrito de Namagachi, donde vivían los Samurais, el castillo de Kanazawa también a 3 minutos caminando, está en una calle inclinada por lo que de regreso hay que subir, no hay supermercado cerca, hay family mart como a 10 min caminando y todo cierra temprano en Kanazawa por lo que pedimos un par de veces por Uber Eats, la casa es de tres piso, el baño...

"We loved this hotel, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great choice. The staff were so helpful with restaurant recommendations in the local area, and making reservations on our behalf. The location was great, only steps away from Omicho market and Kanazawa castle park just up the road. The only point we were a little disappointed by was that as a resident we still had to pay a table charge to use the bar. Overall we loved our time at the Hotel Sanraku and would definitely stay there...
