"Parking charge of £10 is unnecessary and should be included with room booking. Fire alarm went off 3 times as a false alarm which meant going up and down the stairs with luggage and kids as lift stopped working. The room with 2 double beds was spacious and clean The staff are great though. Particularly the lady that was on reception evening of 6 June kind and helpful. "Gammalt anrikt hotell med underbar trädgård. Mycket centralt 2 minuter från High Street. Anor från 1500-talet. Men VÄLDIGT DÅLIGT att det inte finns AC, fruktansvärt varmt på rummet. Speciellt på andra våningen under det oisolerade(?) taket. Två fläktar som erbjöds, erbjud ringa lindring av hettan. "

"Amazing smooth experience with checking in. The beat thing for our stay was the scrumptious breakfast provided. We've been to so many Holiday Inn around the UK but this particular one really stood out with their food and service. "

"It was a lovely clean room,with air con,only problem I found was the curtains were hanging off the wall.Apart from that I was happy to stay there. The bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment which I wasn’t aware of,however it maybe on the booking site and I must of missed it."

"Gorgeous room with great amenities. Breakfast absolutely lovely with lots of choice and breakfast room bright and airy. Only issue was getting into the large bathtub for the shower, especially for the older guest. Overall a very friendly hotel stay!"
