Nice food and a decent hotel. Beach is beautiful as well. Highlight is the pool-bar with Omar and Korrelos who both are very helpful and friendly. They also speak good english and german. Would recommend if you just want to have a relaxing time.

The floor on the room was very dirty. We needed to ask wet cleaning after just arrived. Some of the public toilets near the beach was also agly condition. There is NO free Wifi on this Hotel. There was many choices on food itself, but not so taisty. Beach area was full of broken chairs.

I’ve never been to an all inclusive before where everything costs extra - from fresh orange juice at breakfast to ice cream. It’s a real shame because the hotel has nice facilities but it’s ruined by the fact they’re trying to get more money out of you. The bar closes at 11pm and if you ask for more than two drinks (served in tiny glasses) the staff are often very rude to you. We’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and I’ve never experienced it before where the bar staff are so impolite. One barman slammed my mum’s drinks down because she asked for more than two. The food is ok but there’s often very large queues, which again we haven’t been used to at hotels of this standard. Sales people constantly go round the poolside trying to sell you trips and excursions, which is understandable but sometimes stops you from being able to relax. In the evening, the only area to sit and have a drink is by the entertainment, which is very loud. I think the hotel would benefit from opening another bar area or having the mini disco away from this main entertainment area. Due to these issues this hotel really doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We’ve been to lots of similarly rated hotels (including other hotels in Egypt) and this is unfortunately the worst we’ve experienced in a while. If they improve their management and stop charging extra for everything this could be a great hotel!

Das Hotel hat leider meinen Vorstellung nicht zu gesagt. Mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist ein unterdurchschnittliches Hotel, welches meiner Meinung keine 5 Sterne haben sollte. Die Zimmer sind alle leicht demoliert, jedoch von Service sauber gehalten. Die Anlage an sich sehr veraltet und nicht sonderbar gepflegt bis auf die Wiesen. Das Essen war in Ordnung, nach längerem Aufenthalt Magenschmerzen und wenig Auswahl an Essen. Das Meer ist mit einem sehr langen Steg versehen, welcher ebenfalls alt und moderig ist. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen

Très bien ! Très jolie pour le snorking au bout du ponton . Nourriture très variée , hôtel très propre et super club de plongée . Nombreuses activités gratuites et les excursions à payer en supplément valent vraiment le coup ! ( quad dans le désert, snorkling en bateau , plongée ) . Personnel agréable ( j’ai lu des commentaires négatifs mais il faut aussi voir le comportement des touristes non respectueux oubliant « bonjour » et «  merci »)

Das Hotel ist zu 95% von russischen Gästen gebucht, was man vorher wissen sollte. Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant ist gut, mit ausreichender Auswahl, allerdings nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. In den anderen Restaurants (2 Besuche frei pro Woche) ist das Essen meiner Meinung nach besser und man wird zur Abwechslung auch Mal am Tisch bedient, was ich von einem 5 Sterne Hotel eigentlich erwarte. Der Strand ist im Prinzip schön und sauber und man findet auch immer einen Platz. Es war allerdings oft sehr windig am Strand. Zum Schwimmen im Meer, in einem sehr kleinen Bereich, kommt man nur über den langen Steg. Direkt am Strand ist es felsig, das Wasser nur max. 30 cm tief und am Mittag bei Ebbe dann komplet weg. Zudem war als ich dort war eine heftige Quallenplage, zwar keine Feuerquallen, aber trotzdem kein Spass. Damit ist das Schwimmen im Meer leider komplett entfallen. Die Poolandschaft sieht sehr schön aus, habe ich aber nicht genutzt. Die Zimmer waren modern gestaltet, normal groß und sauber. Die Hotelanlage ist mit den maximal zweistöckigen Gebäuden sehr schön und gepflegt parkartig angelegt und vor allem Abend mit der Beleuchtung ein Traum. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unprofessionell und man muss immer warten. In Summe ein ordentliches Hotel, aber sicher keine 5 Sterne Niveau. Leuten die im Meer schwimmen wollen, muss man davon abraten.

Attente extrêmement longue pour l’enregistrement, pas de wi-fi sans payer 35 € la semaine ou dix euros par jour c’était extrêmement cher le wi-fi dans le lobby et d’une qualité médiocre. Tous les gens sont là à attendre de pouvoir communiquer c’est dramatique d’en arriver là tout ce qui est du service en général, toujours à tendre la main. En attendant le pourvoire, ça finit par être agaçant, 10 15 fois par jour, c’est pénible.la propreté est moyenne des poubelles qui débordent des plages pas clean des bains de soleil tous défoncés Un spa avec des personnes qui se font rembourser car le service est déplorable Non merci plus jamais avec ce genre d’établissement On pensait passer le jour de l’an à Djerba, du coup on a réfléchi c’est non, on va prendre une autre destination
