Arabella Azur Resort - All Inclusive

"Nice all inclusive resort, not far from most things in Hurghada. You never need to leave if you choose. Lots of activity for kids, which did need but see lots of families. Breakfast very good, others meals were ok but you need to be selective from variety of dishes. Mostly European tourists. Would recommend for family friendly all inclusive."

"The property was very clean, staff friendly, food was fair and the venue was nice. Honestly everything was very nice. The only bad things I have to say is that the shower were hard to use, the water pressure is insanely high and temperature is hard to gauge. Also the fact that there's only Internet included in the lobby, room Internet is extra was a bit of a surprise. Other than these minor points, everything is great!"

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"Excellent hotel. We had the most lovely stay and hospitality. Our flight was cancelled and we checked back into this hotel again for one night at 12.30am. We had our original rooms and they accommodated us for late checkout the next day too. Really appreciated this after a very long night. Thank you."

"Me and my wife stayed in Mercure Hurghada hotel for 10 days. The hotel is in the process of renovation as of October 2026. Thus, there are construction areas which are not clean and noisy. Although the stuff is trying to prevent some related inconveniences. Still the swimming area at the hotel's beach is very good for snorkeling, viewing local small coral reefs. This is the best aspect for those who like swimming in the sea, not in pools. The beach is convenient and clean enough."

"Room was excellent, we got upgraded to a villa , beautiful spacious setting , very clean , comfortable bed , very clean bathroom. Staff r very nice , cheerful & helpful. Food is very good , we tried turquoise restaurant in most nights , plenty of varieties and good quality foods. Salt restaurant was extremely good. I will definitely go again"
