All was very good. They changed our room as we like. The resort is very nice and very clean. The only things i didn't like it is the snack bar ( a lot of birds eatind there) and the buffet. Only breakfast was good for me. My second time at that resort.

Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again

We had a geat holiday! The hotel and grounds we're very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive restaurants and bars we're great and the pools and beach close by with lots of space! The service was also great! The only problem was one of our beds: the matress and pillows hurt our backs. But the staff reacted quickly and tried everything to remedy the situation. We can highly recommend a stay at the hotel! We very much enjoyed ourselfs.

Superb resort

Everything is perfect. What an amazing resort. It deserves 10/10. Staff are very friendly and professional. Super clean and well organized. I am waiting to have an accomodation there again. All facilities are available. Great location. Food is very delicious. Many restaurants and bars are available. Beach is super clean. Many very clean pools are available everywhere. Special Thanks to Mr. Sherif at reception for his generous treatment and kindness.

We stayed at the White Bench Resort during the UK Easter school holidays (April 11th to 18th, 2025) as a family of three. Before booking in February, I had done extensive research online on hotels around Hurghada, focusing on location, facilities, and reviews. I'm glad I chose the White Bench Resort. There are plenty of pools to choose from: four heated kids' pools, one very large heated pool (subdivided into several small ones for easy access), one very large unheated pool and a couple of small ones. The beachfront is well-organised, with plenty of seating available. However, to secure a good spot, you'll need to head down to the beach early in the morning. The room was a good size and included all the amenities we needed. It was very clean throughout our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable—definitely worth recommending. As for the food, it was well-balanced. There are three main restaurants and one à la carte option. You can pretty much eat all day—from 5:00 AM to midnight. Overall, I would recommend this resort for families.

Stay is ok but…

The hotel is okay, good for families with young kids.. but it’s not very entertaining for older and teenagers kids. I liked the cleanliness, it is high level which was a good thing. Also the the big areas of heated pools were nice and enjoyable. The food has huge variety but it’s not yummy, majority of dishes are not pleasant to eat (either over cooked or with strong spices), and sweet options are below average.. food overall is not yummy. Service is ok, but I felt staff are not happy, and give you the feeling that no tips no good service.. and that is not good at all, as it’s not fair in every place I go in the hotel I should be ready to tip everyone. Animation team is on the boring side, we did not feel them that much and the nightly show was very boring except one night was above average. Maintainance of entertaining games is not good: table tennis is in bad condition, with broken rackets.. tennis court cannot be used to play tennis, as the net around the court is useless, any ball goes out of the court as if nothing surrounding it. Overall the hotel is okay, but I would consider other places in Hurghada next time.

Overall good experience. Some of the serving staff provided better service to non locals vs locals. Other than that, room, amenities and dinning was good. Recommend to any one esp with kids as they have 4 kiddie pools.

Very good place

Overall the property is new, the hotel started operating 2 months ago , the staff is more than amazing and very friendly . the food was not the best during the whole stay.. if you can manage to get BB room and eat from any other restaurant that will be a perfect decision.. rooms were very clean , the pool and the beach are perfect . yet the pools don't yet have heaters which makes it very cold for kids

My family and I absolutely loved this resort. It was an amazing experience and the perfect place for vacation. On arrival we were greeted by Islam who was super helpful and available to us the entire trip. He was able to accommodate us on all our requests. There was always so much to do at this resort. The pools and beach were beautiful. The resort also offers many fun activities during the day and at night. My personal favorite was the night time pool party on our last night of our vacation. The hotels spa was super relaxing and was exactly what I needed for this vacation. We created many relationships with hotel staff and even with the vendors from across the streets. Overall I highly recommend this resort, it is truly a hidden gem!

Bon séjour

Bon hotel dans l'ensemble. Le grand plus de cette établissement estcla nourriture les restaurants dont top tres bon ret varie tout les jours. Le snacks est ttes appréciable l'après-midi. L'animation pour les enfants on a vu mieux dans les autres hotel. Les piscines enfant sont chauffée. Les personnes qui bosses autour de la piscines moin cool et il n'y a pas assez de bed pour la piscines. Tout le monde saute dessu le matin c'est horrible.
