We then went inside but wasn't allowed in the rooms - still no communication on why. The guy who works there (unsure of name) but he was not the nicest or accommodating. "

"This is a nice Hotel in a good area. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We visited the Masonic Temple and Love Park as well as a huge, outdoor fine arts show at Rittenhouse Swuare. The staff were friendly and efficient and the property is clean and well kept. It would be well advised to book parking in advance if you don’t plan to use the hotel valet parking. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Great staff, clean, decent breakfast. The parking was ridiculous. I received an email prior to check in that stated I could do self-parking. On arrival, there was only valet and they charge about $60, but $73 overnight!!! I already paid over $250 for the room, I don't feel like parking should've been extra. We found parking for much cheaper about 10-min away so it worked out. Still frustrating. The location was pretty central which was the best part. "
