"The good, the bad and the ugly. The good: this property is in a very beautiful area. The views are great and it was really quiet. The bad: There is poorly stocked convenience store on site. They basically had chips and drinks a few other items. The reach in coolers and gas pumps were not working. And there was a vending machine with cigarettes that looks like it’s been there since the 80s. The hours of the not-so convenient store were pretty bad as well. On Saturday morning they didn’t open...

"We arrived at 3:35 and told that if we checked in before 4 pm that we would be charged an early check in fee. We were driving from San Antonio with tired children who just wanted to swim. We asked if we would be able to use the pool while we waited. They allowed us to do this, requested we wear wrist bands, I'm not sure why as there were no pool attendants. We were not given directions to the pool or where we could change into suits. The pool was dirty. The back part of the property where...

"The staff was friendly , the hotel and amenities were not up to the standards that are advertised. This hotel is very out dated many repairs need to be made. The restroom has no steam vent and there is water damage to the wall and door. Many stains and holes on the walls. The flooring desperately needs to be redone. Bed is old and not comfortable. Bare minimum with cleanliness."

"The staff was fantastic and soo friendly! Our son came home saying he made new friends because they were all so kind. The food was great and the hospitality of the family who had their reunion to make my Mom's birthday special was something we'll cherish for a long time! We had the best time and hope to come back soon! "
