"I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay during the Indiana University graduation weekend. While the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. First, I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. During breakfast, the lobby and front desk walls were being sanded, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, I found the guest rooms to be dated and worn. Given the high rates charged...

"The property was pretty clean and the breakfast was decent. Rooms need a little upgrading but i would stay here again."

"Hundreds of ants in our room. When we told the front desk he said he would try to get ahold of someone. Later I asked what was happening with it and he asked me to show him the ants. I took him to the room and he seemed shocked that there really were hundreds of ants. He then sprayed them with a can of raid and that was it. "This property was rated as a 4-star but it barely met the 2-star rating. Definitely overpriced for the quality. Room was clean however, bathroom was very outdated and bed sheet were so wrinkled that it looked like they sat in the dryer for days. Shower grab bar was missing and plastered over. One person could barely get in the tiny bathroom and still close the door. Clarion as a brand has gone downhill in quality."

"Hit the button 2 x’s before anyone came to the front desk. No coffee pot in room. Remote for tv didn’t work. Picture was in the floor that belonged in the wall. Spider on bed but killed it and didn’t see anymore. But outdated but mostly clean "

"Clean bed. Nicely made. However, the beds were squeaky/noisy every time we moved, the curtains were falling off the rods, the ironing board was rusty and broken, the tub had broken fixtures, and the little coffee pot was dirty on the outside. They are trying to upgrade parts of the room but clearly are doing it a little at a time. If all you need is a place to lay your head at night and aren't looking for anything special, then this is fine."
