"Very disappointed for the price. Room was clean, but there was no staff to run the amenities that I booked for; no shuttle to the airport AND no one to make breakfast, so the breakfast option was out. HOWEVER, they still charged full price, which is unacceptable"

"This place wasn’t great, but it was the only thing I could afford. The beds were gross, the sheets had stains all over them. We looked at the pillows and there were so many drool stains and what we believed to be blood on them. The room smelt like old smoke and the floors were definitely not clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the handle on the toilet was busted. There was a lot more wrong, but those are the main ones. Personally, as 3 women staying there, we did not feel very safe. So book at your own risk."

"The bed was comfortable but the hotel was a hot mess. Waited over an hour for Valet parking with six cars in front of us, went for Morgan Wallen but tired to check in before… check in was at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel that they lost track off at the cafe. For how much month we paid for this room it was just a joke. You can’t tell me they don’t have major events every weekend being this close to Lucas Oil. "

"Came down for an event and we definitely didn’t enjoy this hotel. No towels, ice machine wasn’t working, juice machine was out of order and staff was overall unfriendly. Only good thing is the location is close to the airport and convenient. "
