"We arrived at 3:20 pm for a 4:00 pm check in. The hostess was extremely rude and informed us she was the only one working and we had arrived too soon Most of the property is closed off. Only the kitchen and guest rooms were accessible. There was no sense of experiencing a Victorian home Towels and other amenities were below par"

"Was surprised at the property and location. Not as plush as I expected from the pictures. Classic beach hotel and classic beach upkeep. The staff was great. The location was sketch. However the spa was lovely but chilly to get there."

"The hotel was an okay hotel. The bathroom was very small which you could barely move around in. It wasn't really Victorian looking either. There was no hot water in the room, so we had to move to another room, but the man helping us had to make sure the water worked in the room he was moving us into first. The hotel needs to be upgraded, which seems to be the theme with every Wyndham hotel we have stayed in. The walls seem very thin. Would not stay here again."

"We enjoyed a hearty breakfast. The desk staff person was so warm and welcoming. We had a King room with jacuzzi and it was wonderfully relaxing. We appreciated that the parking was gated and locked, so no concerns about break-ins. Overall, a decent stay for a reasonable price."

"I was in a car accident where a fatality was involved the night I was scheduled to check in. Instead of, I was hospitalized andvemaied expedia to cancel. They never did and have not refunded me. Expedia is a Terrible travel resourse"

"The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful when we called to make the heater work. Also one the housekeeper lady was able to provide me with what I need in my room eventhough she was a bit pre-occupied at the moment. She took a couple of minutes of her time to assist me. Thank you."

"There was not adequate parking. There was a small gated parking area with a permanent food truck in the parking lot taking up needed parking. There were slot of homeless people wandering on the property. "

The biggest issue was checking in, they have some sort of computer screen with a, "virtual front desk" which had me input all my information, including scanning my ID, to only then tell me that I couldn't check us in since the room was booked under my spouse's name. Thankfully they were in the car, but if not then what? And then we still had an issue due to my ID having been...
