"The front desk staff members are both professional and friendly (helpful too). The workout room is well stocked so that you could get a good workout in. (We did not use the pool.) Breakfast is probably a 4 out of 5 but we certainly enjoyed it. The location is a big plus for us. We have stayed here twice and will stay again in the future."

"Did not end up staying. The description for the hotel states wheelchair and van parking. Upon arrival there was no where to park a van and trailer. Nothing was specified about there not being parking for oversized vehicles. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all, and even though there was a sign on the wall that stated that there was a manager on site. The manager was not there. When the front desk clerk tried to call the manager about the problem, the manager did not answer. Then the clerk...

"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"I never saw a sign for the elevator last date of service, elevator shook terribly. The showers did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The air conditioner, smell like it was gonna catch fire. The toilet had quite the suction and shook the tank. The walls that were supporting the shower rod were rotten, and the shower rod was leaning and could never be straightened. There was an odd phone next to the toilet. One of the blackout curtains was laying in the corner of the room when we checked in....

"I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and supposedly provides transportation to and from the airport. Transportation from the airport was not provided. Despite four phone calls to hotel staff I could not coordinate a shuttle ride. After waiting for an hour, I ended up having to take a cab which charged me $50 for a three minute ride. No one at the hotel was much interested in my negative experience. The room was large but sparsely furnished. There was one window that was blocked...
