The room was decent, the bathroom faucet is falling apart, a pillow had a red spot that “self identified as blood” along with the side of the couch. The furnace air intake looked rough, so the Maintenance Technician in me opened the door. The filter was so highly dirty it would not air pass into the furnace. I had to raise it up. The filter had a hand written date of install from 9-5-2023. My allergies are suffering from it now… I do not recommend staying here.

I booked online for a pet friendly room and whenI came to check in, there was people huddled up in the front door and the night agent on duty gave me a room on the 4th floor and didn’t even double check to see I specifically requested a pet friendly ground floor room. AND Then after reading online that they do not charge fees for service animals- he had the audacity to tell me that I have to pay cash for “pet” fees after I told him MULTIPLE TIMES she is my service dog. I really had a horrible stay that one night and I’m looking into different hotel options the moment I finish this review.

Very good location, the bed was good but that’s all. Didn’t feel very safe, loud at night. Wouldn’t stay there again.
