Just got back from a 6-day stay and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The staff was pretty rude most of the time, and we never once saw housekeeping during our entire stay. The Hacienda
Room was very clean, a/c was perfect. Really enjoyed the coffee/tea setup in the morning. Lovely quiet areas to sit inside and outside. Nice dining room, convenient and safe location to walk around downtown. Great staff, enjoyed our stay very much.
