The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

En general todo esta de lujo, el servicio en recepción, las actividades, la cocina ni se diga, aplausos al chef Eduardo Sánchez, el personal del aseo amable y el señor que apoya con la leña para la chimenea de la cabaña, y el paisaje dentro de la hacienda es hermoso.
