"Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter."

"Hotel located right in the center of Dotonbori district busy area. Easy to access the tourist hot spots. You go out the hotel and blend in the crowd right away. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. Super easy to check in and they speak English good enough to get the job done. The room is good size, very clean and comfy. Don't expect to have big room in Japanese big cities so it meets my expections and have enjoyed my staty."

"Our family of 5 (young children) loved our stay. It provided a nice clean space with great amenities. The staff were amazing and helpful with everything we asked. Best part is the location. It is so close to the popular Dotombori and Shinsaibashi area but not too close where it is noisy. It is the perfect walking distance to train station to get to other areas in Osaka. Very close to supermarket is Kuromon, food markets, restaurant and convenient stall just downstairs. "

"Excellent location, love all the freebies with this hotel, they have everything you could need. The room was cute, clean, and quirky, it’s a fun theme of being in Bali. We both slept well in the futon style beds. Love the giant bathrooms with the jetted bath tub and big shower - such a luxury in Japan and so nice after long days spent walking around. Especially when they have all sorts of bath salts and spa like treatments to choose from (hair masks, face masks, etc) If you are a couple...

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to get around. It was close to Dotonbori so it was loud at night. There were a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, the experience was really good. I would definitely consider staying here...

"My favourite hotel so clean friendly and the premium rooms are top tier if you don’t want a o stay in the busy city but want to be close this is the one 3 stations in walking distance diver city a 15 minute walk aqua city and decks a 20 minute walk and ac auto bacs a 20 min walk it’s perfect! I’ll not say any where else when I come to Japan! 7eleven across the street loads of restaurants and Lawson in the hotel and a family mart 2 minutes away it’s the best location. "
