"The host was very welcoming and gave a very detailed explanation. Although I was only staying one night, I felt the warmth and care of family. The room was clean; it was obviously cleaned regularly, many times a week."

"We like a tv in bedroom for early morning movies, but the 1 bed suite had tv in lounge, not that comphy chairs to watch a movie. Otherwise clean and comphy hotel"

"Very easy to find with a handy location just off the highway. Parking outside our door. We were upgraded and had a lovely corner spa bath with bath salts supplied. I loved that they had a shower cap. Our bed was clean and comfortable and our room felt spacious and welcoming. We didn’t hear any outside noise at all. Only gripe was the bathroom extractor fan had a mind of its own and liked to turn itself on randomly"

"The room itself was ok but some patches on the walls were damaged and not repaired. But the checking in was horrible! I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. "Very helpful staff. I didn't see the email with self-check-in details and it was getting late so I called. Answered right away and sent me details via text. Very kind and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Easy to find and self check-in. Will be staying here again."
