We were completely disappointed with our stay. The property felt unsafe—people sleeping in their cars out front, road construction everywhere, and loitering near the entrance. We weren’t greeted, and the valet had to direct us to check-in.
Although we prepaid through Expedia, the front desk clerk charged us again and refused to honor our confirmation. The room itself was not clean—beds looked slept in, pillows were flat, and walls were paper-thin. We could hear conversations, toilets flushing, and doors slamming all night.
Breakfast was another letdown. We were told it was available until 10:30 a.m. on weekends, but when we went at 9:30, there was nothing left—no food, no coffee, not even waffle mix. Staff told us there was simply “nothing to eat.”
We expected better from a Hilton-affiliated property. This was not worth the price or the stress. Never again.
