This property was great for us as we had to travel with our pet. They were very pet friendly, everything was extremely clean, check-in was super easy. The only thing wrong with the property is that they advertise queen beds when they are in fact, double sized beds. When I talked to the front desk, they said that’s all they have in all of their rooms. So there are no queen beds on the property as the website describes. This was a bit uncomfortable for my partner and I and pretty much false advertisement.

Bad management nothing like this says on the line nice place bad management now they don't stop the cleaners from cleaning everyday we have to request and that's sad come in from work nothing's done breakfast what they promote is not there same breakfast everyday water down eggs and sausage but they promote that they got big everything waffles and everything washing machine doesn't work water doesn't get hot phone doesn't work but they raising prices every day I never paid $160 for a night $140 for a night $105 for a night in a place that's not even worth it I'm better off going to a cheap motel and going to McDonald's every morning I don't want to play Mercedes-Benz money for a damn Toyota

The bathroom have no safety features, no bars around the shower and the bathtubs are so slippery I almost fell several times. No hooks on back of bathroom door . Bathroom needs a overhaul.

Laid down to sleep in a pee soaked mattress. The other mattress seemed to be blood stained down the side. The late night staff had us moved to another room in no time. Was not listed that the pool was out of service when we booked and the pool was out of service. Did not enjoy the continental breakfast. Ended up just tossing it after a few bites. Pleasant staff at the front desk. Very accomodating and were quick to offer a refund. Would recommend for a quick overnight business trip but not for bringing family.

The property looks to be updated in the past few years. The hallways have the slight smell of weed on floors 2-4. When checking in to our "first" room it smelled of weed pretty strong and requested a different room. The second room smelled of weed and dog urine. The front desk walked us to a couple of other rooms before find one that was acceptable. Rooms where all visually clean and updated, but the carpet in all the rooms and hallways need to be replaced due to the smells.

This hotel says that it was an airport shuttle and it doesn’t, it had very bad breakfast and staff was not friendly at all. I would not recommend and I will not stay here ever again.

We play travel baseball with 11 year olds as well as their siblings. It would be awesome next time if we were notified prior to booking that the pool would be "Closed for Maintenance ".

I would have given a 5, but the Pool on the premises havent been working for weeks but while booking it never mention pool not available, and I have my 11 yr old daughter whom is on Spring break very disappointed no pool.

The choice of breakfast items was extremely limited. The coffee tasted like it had been there all night. This occurred even though we were one of the first ones down for breakfast. There is no soap in the room there is only bath wash and only one tube of it. There was no blow dryer. Overall I would not go back to this place again.

Will never come here. No shuttle as it says when your booking. And pool closed down by health department. No atm inside they told me to go to 7-11 at almost midnight when I arrived.

We had a great experience overall. Our room was clean and the staff were very polite and communicative. I needed to have a package delivered to the hotel on short notice and they kept it safely in the office until I returned for the evening.

They only offer a limited amount of channels on the television. Hot water is to hot, no food item or other items in the store next to check in.

I should have a refund for this stay I showed up at 11-12 at night and they told me there computer was down and they couldn’t verify me and had to go somewhere else…they eventually got the WiFi working for alil and I stayed and didn’t have WiFi all night and wasted major data and lots of money… I would appreciate it to b taken care of.

Soap bars just enough to wash ur hands No lotion, no toilet paper holder, no bars in slippery tub, no decent channels, only 1 hand towel, no working phone and no complimentary water in room.

Their television service didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, smelled terrible, market area was bare, desk personnel told me that my complaining would probably do nothing. We left within an hour of arriving. Horrible property and questionable staff! Never, ever again!

Overall, our stay was very nice. However, there were a couple things I complained about: - No cups in our room; no coffee cups, cups in the restroom, no cups for water--none - No amenities in the restroom; no shampoo/conditioner (which I could overlook), but no soap at all - The ice machine on our floor didn't work - There was no channel guide for the TV. We were told the manager had the channel guide on his computer but the desk clerk couldn't print it out for us and we couldn't get the channel guide on the TV After 2 days we specifically had to ask the maid to come. There wasn't a note saying they would not service the room, so we were surprised when no one came after 2 days. But the topper was that the pool was closed for the season. We're from Colorado. The temperature was 70 degrees. For us that's swimming weather. But I guess in Houston, it's too cold. That wasn't mentioned on the website. So very disappointed that we couldn't spend time at the pool. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff was very nice. Other than the channel guide for the TV and the pool, the desk clerk provided shampoo/conditioner, soap, and cups.

The property had crouches, it was so hard to get fresh Towels and they say breakfast is included but they didnt have enough food for everyone they didnt even have eggs. The pool is closed. If you asked the staff for something they told you to go to walmart and get it yourself.

Arrived late in the evening to discover the hotel had given away the room I had booked a month ago. They gave me a king with a couch pull out bed. Get in the room and it was dirty. Beds not made, no sheets, no towels, trash in the cans etc. Go back to the lobby and the desk stated that had no more rooms with two beds and they could refund me. I was like refund and me leave or refund and you clean the room and I stay here. She just stared. I then asked for sheets and towels and we made the room ourself. Still dirty tho. Next day they cleaned the room while we were gone (appreciated). However the don of disturb was left on the door and they still entered without contacting us. Hotel hallways were dirty and breakfast was lacking. It consisted of eggs and sausage. No juice and no milk. Would not recommend.

The hotel was fairly new and well appointed. We were there for 4 days abd, even after I requested it, our room was not serviced until our last day. I asked again. The kitchen was not restocked until our last day. No juice machine, no individual packets of cream cheese, very few yogurts, limited milk. The staff was lovely, but no supplies. In general, I was pleased and had a nice stay - even tho the last night the people across the hall had a terrible fight.
