No water! Had to check out and into a nearby hotel at 9 am and was late to my meeting. Building parking lot looks like a prison. The rooms and building is outdated. Not ever coming back and suggest you look elsewhere.

Hotel is super outdated. The beds are probably 20 years old because all the springs are broken and you roll to the middle of the bed and wake up with back pains. Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
Room was fine. Just every morning at breakfast their landscaper was using a gas blower that ruined the whole experience. Very loud. No common sense to not have that done or switch to electric so there is no noise. Also area is not walkable to any restaurants. Sorta in a bad spot.

Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed.
