In the laundry room, the washing machines had some issues but the staff were very helpful and assisted to resolve them, especially Isaac! Even a security lady, Ilse assisted. All the staff were very friendly and I cannot praise them enough for their kindness! The location was central and the Metrobus station is a short distance from the building with cafes, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance! We will definitely stay at ULIV again when we visit Mexico City! "
