"This is an overpriced two star hotel that is extremely dated. Linens and towels and toilet paper the cheapest and poorest quality. Would never stay here again Not what I expect from best western chain"

"Breakfast was fantastic. The gym area was pretty standard for hotels. Rating 4 stars because the key cards demagnetized every day. It's an inconvenience if you're in a rush or have kids or carrying bags. We were warned about the key cards at check in, so we were aware this could happen. The rooms are not turned down daily. They have a flyer in the room it happens every 3rd day. We stayed for 4 nights and our room didn't get this service at all. I would stay again for the breakfast and location,...

"this is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. they advertise that they have a pool but the pool has been under construction for 2 years now and we specifically booked it because we wanted a hotel with a pool. also the Wi-Fi was very intermittent. for this reason I only gave it three stars I don't think that a hotel should be allowed to say that they have a pool if they don't and allowed to say they have Wi-Fi and it doesn't work."

"We stayed here outside of Boston because it was cheaper. The hotel needs major updating. The wallpaper was peeling among other things. We usually stay at Hampton, and this was the worst one as far as upkeep goes on the interior. The staff was friendly though."

"This was a horrible hotel. My husband and I were literally scared to be in our room. The people in the room next to us were screaming until 3:00a.m., banging doors, tv blasting we thought at one point they were breaking into our room. Our phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk, we were afraid to leave our room. We requested a smoke free room and the entire hotel smelled of smoke and was not clean. "Our air conditioner was broken, didn’t have a microwave and the pool was supposed to be closed due to chemicals being in there but there was no “pool closed” sign."

"Nice motel near the beach! I booked king size room but they only had double queen room for me blaming double booking. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Not sure if I will be back soon, but it is nice to know this place exists for a future stay."

"I was booking a 2nd night with my autistic twins. They did not damage or destroy anything the first night. We had no where to go and the older manager made us leave. The young girl behind the desk was amazing and called us an Uber so I didn't have to walk across 2 boulevards myself with two 4 year olds"
