"Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change."

"our stay was completely enjoyable. Check in was fast, staff wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms during stay and move was a total breeze. We went out for our excursion, the staff placed our luggage in new room by the time we returned. The rooms have the updated plugs and a usb-c port. Light controls at bedside. Very comfy beds. "Room was a good size with a balcony for smokers. Near night market. Love how clean and simple it is. There's tours and bike rentals provided at the 24hrs reception. I've always recommended my friends to this hotel if their doing a stopover in Krabi town. Don't compare it to Aonang of course as it's more quiet compared to the beach side which attracts more tourists. Nonetheless it's a 30 mins drive to the Airport if you have an early flight and need a good rest."
