"We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. Thank you all. "

"The entrance of the hotel is lovely with sofas and a couple of rooms to relax in, along with a mezzanine library. You can help yourself to tea, coffee & iced water there anytime. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful and stored our luggage until our room was available and then again after we checked out until our taxi arrived.
