"Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. "The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was tiny, "you could not swing a cat" (if you had one). See photo The hotel description of the room's facilities included air conditioning. When the staff were asked where it was they said try the cupboard. It turns out that the air conditioning was in fact a portable 'tower fan'. see photo"
