"Location of hotel is ideal as it's in the town centre. Reception is nice and welcoming. Check in was simple. Our room was great with a lot of space. Bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet. "The hotel is easy to find and has a private parking offered by NCP. You also get a tiny discount from the hotel. The hotel looks basic and there is nothing special about the rooms, but we found them clean. The bed was comfortable. We felt pretty safe in the hotel. "Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. "
