"Wonderful front staff. Wonderful property. Only complaint is I was woken up by a lady knocking at my door claiming to have had the room the day before and left her lap top. She was frantic, and with that it threw the front desk staff into panic and they gave her a key to my room. Thankfully I had the door dead-bolted as well. I would not have been happy had she of came into the room while I was sleeping OR while I was out.. considering the desk gave her a key to access the elevator AND my room...

"The hotel is very quiet and very clean. The outdoor eating area was very nice but if you're there for a lunch and a dinner the menu is minimal for choices. The bar and any indoor eating was closed on a Wednesday. The breakfast buffet was very nice with an assortment of options. It's the most convenient location to the airport and the shuttles run every 20 minutes on time."

"I was a little disappointed because it said that coffee was included with the room. The first day was okay, but on the second day, when we asked for creamer, they said we had to pay for it. Usually, most hotels include coffee. It was surprising that we stayed at Novotel Zurich and they didn't have that policy."
