"This is the second time we have stayed at the Hood River Hotel. We love location right in downtown Hood River and appreciate the personal attention we receive from the staff. Our room had a Columbia River view and was very clean and comfortable. I'm sure we'll find ourselves staying there again!"

"I arrived at PDX early morning and the rest of my party were not getting in until much later in the evening w the rental car. The car services were way to expensive for a senior citizen on a buget. So, I got to the Holiday Inn, Hood River on public transportation! I bought a train ticket at the airport, took the TriMet train to Gateway North Station. Then took the Columbia Gorge Express bus (best $10 dollars you will ever spend, very scenic ride) 3 three stops, one of which was Multnomah Falls!...

"Website said they had a hot tub, but it was "under repair", but the sign that said that looked about 5 years old!!!! The cable had NO live tv!!! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!"

"The building and rooms are older and show the wear but it was clean. The bed was too soft for my tastes and woke up with backache. Air conditioning works. There was plenty of parking available. They gave our dog a cute little goodie bag with treats and a ball. 🙂"

"Food below parr, not good at all. Rooms are small and bathrooms are tiny. The grounds are great but the lodge rooms themselves have small windows that don't allow you to see anything."
