The kitchen was fine for cooking. We used it everyday for cooking and preparing meals. Our balcony had a view of the neighboring property. Our family has been visiting this property for many years. We were so happy we found it was again available for us to stay.

Nice, inexpensive, mom and pop style hotel. Rooms were clean and has a nice pool. It's not an upscale hotel, but the location makes it a nice way to save some money, yet be right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to tons of shopping, great restaurants, and the famous Waikiki Beach!

I must start off by saying this is the second time I stay here and I love this hotel! I love how you can easily walk to Wakiki beach , very safe , quiet , and spacious! Friendly staff. We had a stove , counter ,microwave ,full size fridge in our room , and huge closet space , and a nice size back porch. ABC store right across the street! I look forward to booking this hotel next trip as well! 5+ stars!

Very close to fort derussy beach and the Waikiki too not a luxury hotel but if you want a kitchen and donc want to spend money at restaurants everyday its good place

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, and walkable to everything in Waikiki. The staff were consistently responsive and kind, answering all of our questions and taking care of our needs throughout our stay. The room was clean, but unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock—and the shower was very small. The kitchen, including the stove, and other furnishings definitely need updating. While the property has great potential, some improvements are needed to match the fantastic location and service.

Nice grounds, nice staff. Outside appearance was good and well kept. Inside room condition was very worn out and badly needs updating. Good bed, lousy couch. Very rough around the edges with the paint and trim work. Bathroom was very beat up, but everything was functional.

Excellent experience with our large group here for 18 days. No bells or whistles, but the kitchenette is perfect for stocking the necessities. Great location for beaches shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly.
