I am angry because this hotel did not stick to my agreed method of payment But proceeded to take a card payment without my authorization When i contacted Expedia they just passed the buck! Bad business practice I won't be using them again

Hotel itself is nice and comfortable but they had no hot water the first morning and no WiFi at all during our stay. We had to ask for at least a refund for breakfast but they said no.
