The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "The location of this villa was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The home came with a lot of amenities including toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils etc. The only thing missing was a rice cooker which was minor. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. The stairs were steep so that's something to keep in mind for families with small children or elderly. "Great stay at this place. Staffs are very welcoming. Fuji Mountain view was spectacular from our villa roof top. The only drawback is that the location is a little far from town- 15mins if you cycle or 30min walking. This will not be of a problem if you have own transport or, if you are fit, can rent a bicycle which is also fun. Hotel provide transportation from/to town but with limited timings. "Run by the sweet lady in the shop on the 1st floor. She's very friendly when you take the chance to talk to her and don't let the language barrier get in the way.
