We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the...

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."

While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. "This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. "

"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

"Still a reasonably nice hotel, but its age is showing. Room was too hot. Bathtub plug leaked. Poor noise insulation from neighboring rooms. Homeless hotel across the street was a definite negative."
