"The hotel was wonderful. The continental Breakfast had lots of variety. The hotel room, general areas and pool were extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this place to any family traveling to this area. "

"I stayed here while in transition to move... Day 1... After coming in late from work, I found that my room wasn't cleaned. The tub and fridge were nasty. The counters hadn't been wiped down. I asked for another room and was told they were all booked up, but that I could move tomorrow. I was so exhausted and the bed appeared to have been the only thing that was changed. So I stayed. Day 2... After coming in again from work, I went down to check on my new room and was told that they were out of rooms. I told the guy that I had asked for my room to be changed due to my room not being cleaned. He said, there were none, and that I needed come in earlier. I explained, that I work 2 jobs and that it wasn't possible. He said that he'd have one for me the next day. I asked if someone could come clean my room and was told that they'd do it in the morning, because no cleaning staff was available. Day 3... After working... I found that I couldn't get into my room. After walking back around from the office to enquire about my room change, and was told no rooms were available. I was very upset to say the least. I enquired about the manager, and was informed that he would be in thy next day around 11 am. I informed the staff who was rude, that I would again be at work, and so I needed the manager's name so that call. He told me he wasn't able to give me his name. He let me in my room... The bed had been made and the towels changed, only. I was never given a new room. Never again!"

"Our toilet didnt flush properly so staff plunged it but still didint work. Fixed itself the next morning. Biggest dissapointment was that they wouldnt serve us breakfast at 9:30am because the staff member said they stopped at 9am. The hotel website says they stop serving breakfast at 10am."

"The Eden is a marvelous hotel to stay in during your visit to Lancaster. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is very hospitable and speak to you kindly when you pass them in the hallways. The pools, outside area, exercise room and restaurants are impeccable. We stay here with our kids and grandkids at least once a year. "

"Everything was great! We just wished the pool and gym could be bigger. Otherwise it was centrally located, rooms were well sized, and we benefited from it being dog friendly."
