Great location and staff. The bedroom is a good size. The lounge area is pointless as there isn’t any air conditioning in that room. It gets far too hot in there. The rooms are only cleaned after every 2 nights. I’d advise this be changed.

The standard rooms you could drive right up to your unit which was very convenient. But the bathroom had smells from previous occupant and the kitchen as well. We had to sanitize it further.

We really enjoyed our week here. The staff were all very personable and helpful. We also loved having the kitchen option. Food on the island is quite expensive so it was great to be able to cook a few meals at home and save some money. The Massy supermarket it just up the street and there are lots of touristy shops within walking distance, as well as some very nice restaurants and the beach. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs. We thought it closed a bit early at 6 PM but it’s actually quite cool once the sun sets, plus there is no life guard on duty. It’s in a quiet, residential area and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle party atmosphere of the south shore. Would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to check some of the cooking pans (some are quite old and food sticks), and have at least a small broom in the room the be able to sweep out the room between the cleanings every other day. Having a French press on hand for coffee would be ideal too. Rooms: Rooms are large, tiled floors, and have basic furniture like end tables and a desk. There’s space to eat. The kitchen and cooking space is a bit small but manageable. Nearby activities: Walking distance - ATMs, coffee shops, supermarkets, high end mall (Lime Grove), mid- to upscale restaurants, the beach and boardwalk, swimming pools. Safety: We felt very safe here. We walked around the neighborhood at night in small groups and the hotel itself seemed safe too.

I have explored the idea of staying at other hotels but I'm always drawn back to the All Seasons... it feels like home away from home. The property is beautiful and quiet. The staff are kind, helpful and hard working. The location is perfect... quiet and still close to amenities... gricery store, beach, public transport. I'll be going back there again and again and again.

The staff were friendly and professional. We were allowed to store our luggage before our room was ready (we arrived too early). We were able to go to the poolside bar and to the pool. during our stay we made use of the pool, free cabanas, & poolside bar. Other guests were welcoming and talked about how many years they were repeat customers to the All Seasons Resort-Europa. Everyone was relaxed and friendly. The pool area was also a quiet area during our stay. Children there were well behaved and friendly. On our departure day staff pre-arranged transportation for us to the airport. They confirmed with us the taxi would come to our room/building area, not just to the front desk area. We hope to return to the All Seasons Resort-europa another time.

I Can't Say Thank You Enough For Time With Your Resort I Would Definitely Be Back Again Me And My Hunny Had A Wonderful Stay I Booked The Deluxe Room It Was Very Clean And Of Course Extra Special Thanks To Kelly Her Introduction To Our Room Was Amazing I Had My Phone Out And Ready I Love That Its In An Area Where This Walking Distance From Other Places . Nice, affordable hotel located 10-12 minute walk from beach. 15 min walk to the supermarket. There is a coffee shop close by 8 min walk. The rooms have been recently-ish renovated, very clean and everything was intact; kitchen area and bathroom had updated fixtures. AC in bedroom only. Very low water pressure in the shower and while sometimes there was hot water other times there wasn’t. Pool was great, not that many loungers tho. Overall not at all bad for the price! Very lovely staff, knowledgeable and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay to some extent. The property has a lovely pool & reception area. I liked that there is a restaurant at the resort. There were also things I disliked. I hated that the room is almost always hot. The ac is not strong enough to power the entire cottage. I would have liked to even be able to leave the AC on in my absence to get the room to the correct temperature but it needed the key which was attached to the door key. They're very strict on their deposit rule & I feel like the privacy is low at this place. Overall, an average rating.

Technically there is not much wrong with this property aside from the noisy Air Conditioner in the bedroom of our unit. The AC kept the bedroom cool, but unfortunately struggled to maintain the same temp in the front room, an inconvenience we were willing to overlook as we weren’t in the unit for most of the day. The staff were lovely though, and the breakfast was adequate enough to get us started each day. We would have liked to have jumped in the pool after a long, hot day of sightseeing, but pool rules had it closed by 6pm.
