"宿泊客の収容規模の割にレストランが狭いため、朝食の時間が（日曜日の7:30～8:30）劇込みで座る席を確保すのが大変でした（日曜日朝の利用のため他の曜日は大丈夫なのかなと思いますが）。 新新しいホテルですので部屋の設備や施設はとても綺麗で良かったので、次回は木曜日～土曜日で2泊してみようと考えています。 レセプションの受付が女性がチェックインもチェックアウトもとてもスムーズで親切でした。 チェックイン時間は15:00となっていましたが、12:00に到着したにも関わらずそのままチェックインさせてもらえました。 その上アップグレードもしていただき、対応の良さに感謝しました。"

"The public accommodation areas were tired but always clean. Housekeeping staff couldn't do enough to make my Stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet and in fact all meals I had were what i expected, hygienic and ample quantities, no dirty dishes left on the tables.The front of house staff were polite, efficient and willing to go the extra mile"

"My stay was comfortable with a good sized room, the room was clean and in good condition. I was a tourist not on business and there was a good level of noise from the corridors early in the morning. I used the spa which was a good service but the pool area was a bit of a building site so I wasn’t comfortable using it as there were no loungers or parasols but that’s my only gripe on the hotel and once the pool is operational I would consider staying again."
