We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.

We loved our 3 days at the Intercontinental. The rooms were beautiful and the pools and beach views were lovely. We dined at several of the options at the grand and all were very delicious - the staff was friendly, helpful, and remembered our names.

Great resort with private beach and 7 pools, amazing. It also has a little cinema which was a surprise, we tried out one if the movies and weren't disappointed. We had a great weekend! Good breakfast, the bed felt like a cloud and a hug at the same time, nice pool and beach area. Don’t go here for an «authentic Vietnam experience», but spending a couple of nights here will give you a luxurious getaway feeling. After checkout on sunday we went to Minera Hot Springs and spent the rest of the day there. Would absolutely recommend this if you are into onsens.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are excellent, the food options are wonderful and delicious, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is my second stay here and I'll stay again!!
