"Second Tru location we've stayed at. We like the modern concept because it's simple and clean. This one seems a bit smaller and had fewer options for breakfast. Parking is easy. Only downside was trying to use the pool. I understand it's not the hotels responsibility for guest's kids but we tried to use it while unsupervised kids were running around the pool, cannonballing near us, and spitting pool water at each other. Was able to enjoy when they finally left. Location: A lot of food options...

"Good overall experience for the money. Decent property with excellent staff and good room accommodations. Would have liked to have seen better gym facilities, and overall more cleanliness in terms of the property and grounds. The elevator was especially messy."

"Friendly and very accommodating staff. Clean and quiet. Loved our room; we had the two queen beds with separate living room and full kitchen and it was perfect for myself, my husband and 7 month old baby. This is the second time staying at this hotel. We plan on booking this hotel every time we’re in the Dells. Highly recommend."

"Breakfast was fresh. No cups in room. No ice bucket for ice. Ice went all over the floor when I used it. No hot tub. Shower in tub not good water pressure. Slippery. Not good shower. Will not go there again."

"We had king size room, lots of space!! Quiet, clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good. Our only issue was with Hot tub. And not only ones couldn't get it to work all the time. We travel with our little dog was dog friendly for a fee. Would stay again next time."

"Black Hawk Motel & Suites is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They treat you like you're part of their family. Always our first choice when we go the Dells. Rooms are super clean and the service is amazing. Super friendly staff and very hard working. Love parking right next to the room door. Outdoor pool is the best!! Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna great as well.
