I was hugely disappointed this time—the TV, mirror, and freezer were dirty, the plastic inside the fridge was cracked, the dresser drawers had strange stains, and the bed linen was torn. Aside from the wonderful service provided by Ms. Laura in the lobby, I was let down; naturally, I reported everything at the front desk immediately.

We had grease stains on the curtains upon arrival which didn't bother me so much except I was concerned they would charge my card for it. Also we kept finding broken pieces of glass in the carpet. Looked as it a beer bottle had been broken and just never got completely vacuumed up. On the 3 rd night the entire floor smelled horrendous of marijuana Smoke. Stunk even the next morning. Everything else was exceptional ! Air worked great !! Parked close to my window. Breakfast was Amazing !! The staff are super super friendly !!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The property itself is pretty rundown and in need of updates but kept very clean. The breakfast area was insanely crowded on the weekend. Pool was packed full of people up until closing time. Overall the facilities were good but the crowding made our stay just okay.

It’s a very well used resort area a little bit on the older side, but very clean and quiet not a super waterpark but if you don’t mind the quietness and just a regular old pool, it is perfect

the hotel staff was excellent. Easy check in and explained amenities etc. The room was clean. However the hotel is aging. Our room had several minor things that needed fixing. The sink topper did not work, the corners of the bathroom floor were "rusty" and the ac heating unit was not calibrated correctly. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of food. However, the couches in the breakfast area had huge tears and need to be replaced. The "window shades " were paper thin and did nothing to keep the sun out. Also the staff needs to be more aware of people walking around in bare feet. They need to be more proactive and there should be more signs up stating no bare feet allowed in breakfast area. I saw one sign. Parking was easy .
