Very clean, well kept property. Room is extremely confortable, with a big TV and large table for eating, working, etc. Location is good, very quiet street but short walk to the main Thao Dien street area with many shops, restaurants, supermakets.

I booked a room here last minute and was very pleased with the room. It was spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Great hotel tucked away on a quiet street. Lovely coffee, good breakfast, wifi. Really appreciate the bedding: mattress, pillows and linens better than average for Saigon.

Freundliches Gästehaus abseits des turbulenten Zentrums. Genügend Restaurants und Coffee Shops in der Nähe. Wem das Frühstück zu wenig ist findet etwas in der Nähe. Toilette steht in der Dusche, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, geht aber. Vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis her absolut in Ordnung. Leider hat keines der Zimmer zwei Betten.

I have stayed here several times and like it very much. A beautiful, tree-lined street. The rooms are always tidy and clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds. The decor is modern but not over the top. Within 5 or 6 minutes walking are a good French restaurant (with two-for-one weekday breakfasts!) and a pub. Within another 5 or 6 minutes walking are several coffee houses, (including a Starbucks). You can also use one of the motorbikes to get there, as well as to the bars and restaurants on Xuan Thuy Street, nearby. (Though I don’t recall any clubs.)
