we were moved to a different apartment which was Landmark 3 tower at Binh Thanh District property.It has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, washing machine and full kitchen.the checkin process was super smooth.instructions was very clear and easy to understand.
i give 5 STAR for the location as it was in a very2 strategic area.connected to malls and so easy to find good places to eat.
however for cleanliness i have to give 3 STAR only especially at the kitchen area, the utensils and etc.need to be better on this area.
although it has washing machine but during the second day we couldnt use it as it malfunction.but the caretaker was prompt in rectifying the issue.
in overall, i will still recommend this place for those who wish to visit HCM.

Place is not clean for a brand new building in 2025 . Surrounding were not what i expected. Staffs were not friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay here again
