"The room was very clean, although it was a bit weird as we walked in with all the doors and cabinets in the kitchen opened, which i assume was done from cleaning. The only thing that I had an issue with was the communication with the host. The front desk is only where you check in and check out. They aren’t able to provide services throughout your stay. It was hard to get in contact with the host and I didn’t get a response until a day later after I had contacts Expedia for support. For some reason the microwave wasn’t working, but was fixed after someone came to look at it. One of the other issues was that the cabinet under the sink was not connected which was a minor issue but somewhat inconvenient as that is where the garbage was. If you plan to cook, you have to buy all your ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper. They do have plates, pots and pans, and everything else you need to cook with, just no condiments or anything. Overall, it was a nice stay, I will say I was in the 2nd floor so some street traffic and noises made it a bit noisy, but it was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. "

"Breakfast is top notch and custom made coffee! Room is small but clean, ultra modern vibes. It was unseasonably cold during our stay, very chilly everywhere. Easy to walk to basketball game. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"Parking was good. There was no a/c in room, only fan that worked with light on. There was no microwave, fridge, or coffee in room. The continental breakfast was a $4 fritatta and $3 cup of coffee. The room access was by touchpad on door . . We succeeded entry into room 6 out of 100 tries in 26 hour stay . . . Could not find restaurant within 9 block area . . The staff was very nice. In another time and situation, would have been amusing. We cut our stay short x 2 days "

"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the downtown area. The staff maintained the property perfectly during one of the busiest weeks in Miami. They were friendly and prompt with everything I needed and the hotel offers rooms to suite any size group, wonderful amenities, and a great location. Gale will definitely be my go to any time I am in miami. "
