"The location was pretty. Each room had a river/creek view. Bear were in the area, which was cool! Faults...bathroom provides containers for complimentary shampoo, conditioner n shower gel BUT all were empty. Also, I booked this place for the hot tub n pool, which the hot tub was out of order. Convenient trolley service outside the hotel to bring to various locations in Gatlinburg. It was free and a great service for visitors. Nice not to get in a car and pay $20 for parking. Loved Gatlinburg x"
