"My room was smelling of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Carpets were dirty, and there were a lot of footprints by the bathroom door. The AC unit rattled 24/7. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. People were making noise by the pool late at night, after 11 p.m. Totally unacceptable!"
