George & Ginger are lovely hosts and as there are only 10 rooms, they can give you the personal touch. The hotel interior is classical architecture so definitely not Travelodge or Premier Inn!"

"Perfect for families. Step free access for those with pushchairs, although, when you’re there, it’s unlikely you would need to use it. The swimming pools are lovely and clean. Beach towels are provided so no need to pack your own. The rooms are quite spacious. Lovely modern bathrooms. We did have a bit of an ant problem in our bathroom but nothing too problematic. There’s a wide choice of food at the buffet. They grow a lot of their fruit and veg on the premises. You will see vegetable patches...

All the staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is basic buffet style but enough choice to suit all tastes. "I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...
